  • Be the gatekeeper of our international program planning, by working with the sales and training departments to ensure all courses get scheduled.

  • Be responsible for ensuring our Adult and Corporate Education courses, both in Amsterdam and abroad, run smoothly and are well prepared.

  • Be the main point of contact for our locations abroad when it comes to scheduling and preparing for new courses.

  • Provide clear communication around our products across all departments.

  • Ad hoc operational tasks as part of the operational team deliverables.

  • You’ve hunted down a Bachelor or Master degree

  • You have excellent English skills in speaking and writing (Dutch is a plus)

  • You have 1-3 years experience in an organisational role at a startup

  • You are available full-time and live in Amsterdam (or willing to relocate)


  • You are a hands-on project manager with a positive can-do mentality

  • You are great at keeping an overview while not missing the details

  • You are extremely organised but flexible when needed

  • You have excellent time management skills and know how to prioritise

  • You are a clear communicator and know how to handle different stakeholders, ranging from colleagues, corporates and participants

  • You are stress resistant and love having a lot of balls in the air

  • When you don’t know something, Google is your answer

  • You are ambitious and learn super super fast

  • You’re independent, down-to-earth and love getting shit done
