  • Be the gatekeeper of our (international) program planning by working with all departments to ensure we reach sales targets, have enough trainers to deliver the courses and all program operations are taken care of.

  • Stay on top of our educational products (2-Day Crash Course, 2-Day A.I. Course, 6-Week Evening Course and Corporate Courses) and ensure that they are on track in terms of planning, resources and preparations.

  • Ensuring that our Traineeship program runs smoothly and that the next programs starting February 2019 are on track with preparations (there will be a project plan available). Managing preparations includes:
    • Documenting all steps of sales and marketing to make sure we reach our targets.
    • Managing the recruitment process for the pre-selection of candidates. 
    • Stakeholder management of participating companies, visiting their offices and ensuring they are matched with the right trainees.
  • Provide clear communication around our products across all departments.
  • Ad hoc operational tasks as part of the operational team deliverables.

  • You’ve hunted down a Bachelor or Master degree

  • You have excellent English skills (Dutch is a big plus)

  • You have 1-5 years experience in an organisational role at a startup

  • You are available full-time and live in Amsterdam (or willing to relocate)


  • You are a hands-on project manager with a positive can-do mentality

  • You are great at keeping an overview while not missing the details

  • You are extremely organised but flexible when needed

  • You have excellent time management skills and know how to priorities

  • You are a clear communicator and know how to handle different stakeholders, ranging from colleagues, to customers, to suppliers

  • You are stress resistant and love having a lot of balls in the air

  • When you don’t know something, Google is your answer
