Growth Tribe launched 2 years ago with the vision to empower humans to rapidly gain skills in a fast changing world.
In 2 years time we’ve grown from a team of 3 to a team of 26 people.
We're Europe's first Growth Academy backed by Facebook, the University of Amsterdam (UvA) and StartupAmsterdam. We’re a young rapidly growing source of growth education in Europe. We’re specialised in teaching digital growth skills (data-driven growth through experimentation, A.I. for non-coders) with hands-on and cutting-edge exercises. Our entire curriculum is built in-house with more than 2700+ people trained so far. And we’re just getting started.
We already teach our 2-Day Growth Marketing Course in London on a monthly basis, but are now ready to further expand into the UK by providing more courses and start offering in-house programs to train entire companies.
Growing and leading a high-performing marketing team at one of the fastest growing startups in The Netherlands
You will develop, execute and iterate on a B2B marketing strategy tailored to our psychographic personas and our growing portfolio of courses (Growth Hacking, A.I., Blockchain, etc, etc) in NL & UK
You’ll be coordinating and managing major product launches and seasonal campaigns (the small, data-driven kind)
Managing our inbound channels, creating & managing sales collateral assets to support our sales teams, driving thought leadership and PR activity
Setting and tracking OKRs (Objective Key Results)
Prioritising tasks for the Marketing Team and making sure everybody’s on track
Hiring & onboarding new team members to the Marketing department
Reporting on Marketing efforts to the founders and the team as a whole
In addition to managing the marketing department as a whole, you’ll also be managing the following:
External Speaking Gigs
Organic Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter & Instagram)
Inbound Marketing (Youtube & Email Marketing)
Growth Tribe’s Community Events
Paid Ads (Facebook Ads & GDN)
Company Content (Websites, Sales Docs, Email Flows)
PR (Interviews, Though Leadership Pieces)
You’ll be safeguarding the Growth Tribe brand and making sure messaging is coherent across all channels and departments
Managing the Marketing budget
You’ll closely be working with our sales team and other internal stakeholders
No Excuses: We execute faster than anyone else. Be resourceful with speed. Mistakes may hurt us temporarily but being slow will kills us.
Come to conversations and meetings with data (qualitative or quantitative). Our decisions will be sharper and our meetings shorter.
We are lifelong learners. We are a secret society and we make each other stronger within the Tribe. The world changes every week, learn and teach others.
We value risk-taking. Mistakes are totally fine when you run experiments. We’re here to experiment.
Ship fast and break things... but also watch out for customer delight and the Growth Tribe brand.
