Growth Tribe launched 2 years ago with the vision to empower humans to rapidly gain skills in a fast changing world.

In 2 years time we’ve grown from a team of 3 to a team of 26 people.

We're Europe's first Growth Academy backed by Facebook, the University of Amsterdam (UvA) and StartupAmsterdam. We’re a young rapidly growing source of growth education in Europe. We’re specialised in teaching digital growth skills (data-driven growth through experimentation, A.I. for non-coders) with hands-on and cutting-edge exercises. Our entire curriculum is built in-house with more than 2700+ people trained so far. And we’re just getting started.

We already teach our 2-Day Growth Marketing Course in London on a monthly basis, but are now ready to further expand into the UK by providing more courses and start offering in-house programs to train entire companies.

Your Role 

At Growth Tribe we are increasing our efforts to expand and continuously looking for great business developers to join our team.

Business development at Growth Tribe is a combination of sales, strategic analysis and marketing. It's developing Growth Tribe by attracting new clients, establishing new partnerships, identifying new business opportunities and growing sales from existing accounts. 

A Business Developer at Growth Tribe needs to have great sales-, planning- and strategy skills and a good amount of confidence. Getting to know our products, the company and the industry of our clients is crucial and having excellent social skills is key.   


Your role will approximately consist of:

15% analysing the market and finding business opportunities
30% reaching out to new prospects
20% reaching out to requests from warm leads
20% fostering relationships with clients

15% finding more business in current clients

Your Daily Grind

Being the main contact person on the ground for the UK market
Lead generation & following up with warm leads
Generating leads using some of our “cold” techniques 
Meeting with (potential) clients to create opportunities to train their employees in growth marketing and rapid experimentation
Establishing new partnerships & relationships to further expand in the UK 
Identifying new business opportunities and ways to reach existing clients
Following up with leads to educate people on our courses and remove barriers to purchase
Account Management & maintaining relationships with clients 
Reaching monthly sales targets

Your Smarts & Texture

  • Between 1-4 years of sales experience

  • Experience with consultative selling (our sales process is very educational for clients)

  • Startup experience

  • Ability and willingness to work alone

  • Super hungry to grow our brand in the UK

  • Located in London & available full-time

  • Native (UK) English speaker

And can be described as:

  • Outgoing, energetic and a true networker

  • Ambitious, positive and a great communicator

  • Analytical, organised and resourceful
